We are a family run architecture studio based in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Our founders fell in love with Nicaragua many years ago and have been living there full time for several years. They are perfectly aware of the challenges associated to tropical climate, local workforce and costs constraints.

Adrian studied architecture in well-known European design schools. He participated in various international architectural projects a.o. in Seychelles before focusing on web related ventures for a few years. He designed several houses and is currently in the process of getting the Autodesk professional certification for Revit Architecture.

Carol obtained a double degree in economics and law from top Belgian universities. She developed her planning and organizational skills working a.o. for Fortune 500 companies during many years. She has an excellent understanding of Nicaraguan law and is a natural planner. 

Their skills are perfectly complementary.

He designs while she takes care of the logistics.

Together they ran various businesses over the years and gained field experience starting by building their own house in 2016.
