We are a family run architecture studio based in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Our founders are perfectly aware of the challenges associated with tropical climate, local workforce and costs constraints.
Adrien studied architecture in well-known European design schools. Caroline obtained a double degree in economics and law from top Belgian universities. They worked several years in Europe before moving to Central America.
Their skills are perfectly complementary. He designs while she takes care of the logistics.
Together they ran various businesses over the years and gained field experience starting by building their own house in 2016.
Customer satisfaction is part of their DNA. They speak French, English and Spanish.
