Originally built and designed in the 70’s by Italian architects Ferdinando Fagnola and Gianni Francione, these villas received a full make over in 2018 by Fagnola and PAT studio. 

Nestled in the environment, their presence is really humble from sea but you enter in a world of quiet luxury as soon as you entered the door. 

This project is a beautiful reminder of the intemporality of architecture and the need to incorporate the natural environment in the design process.
